Minimum 5+ years residential condominium experience in a senior leadership level role focused on technical and customer service management

Be a liaison with Tarion New Home Warranty Corporation, Property Management and Condo Boards when necessary

Management of personnel and equipment resources

Participate in project planning/construction meetings; offer insight into selected materials from a customer service perspective

Responsible for administrative and operational responsibilities to ensure required audits and verifications are carried out according to company policies

Experience with high-level, analytical reporting and presentations related to both new and recurring maintenance costs

Project management experience; demonstrated ability to effectively manage from design to hand over;

Provides coaching and mentoring for senior operational management staff at the portfolio level to improve operational effectiveness.

Develops site goals/objectives in collaboration with senior staff; guides staff in development/management analysis of operational plans and effective communications;

Directs/manages implementation of quality control and risk reduction programs (i.e., policies, procedures, ISO 9001, etc.);

Knowledge/understanding of Occupational Health & Safety Act; building/fire/other codes and applicable standards/regulations pertaining to facilities maintenance and operations;

Strong communication/presentation skills (verbal and written); ability to excel in a team environment;

Project management experience an asset

Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills

5-7 years of experience leading in a Manufacturing environment

Experience participating in an operational excellence program (Continuous Improvement/Lean/Six Sigma) in a Manufacturing environment is an asset

Green Belt certification prefer. Black Belt an asset.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint), proficient in data visualization software (Tableau, Minitab, JMP)

Experience in the Facility Management industry may substitute for post-secondary education requirements

Understanding of Facility Management processes and standards, either through work experience or qualifications

Advanced analytical and time management skills

Minimum 5 - 10 years of Facilities Management and/or operations management experience in the Industrial, Commercial and Institutional sectors.

Providing technical and operational guidance and support to the Facilities Managers and Project Management teams.

Familiarity with specific software packages and management tools (JDE / CMMS)

· 7 – 10 years’ experience in facility management

· Strong people management skills- coach, motivator and mentor with track record of developing high performance teams;
