Liaison with various internal teams as a strategic partner to facilitate the management of inventory

Manage and monitor all inventory transactions

Minimum 3-5 year previous experience in a related job within an inventory environment

Effective written and oral communication skills are essential

Proficiency in Excel, and experience with ERP systems

Assess enterprise inventory risk (based on age, End of Life product cycle, pricing) and provide actionable recommendations

Demonstrated project management skills; well organized, attentive to details.

Handle escalations and work with the management team to reconcile variances.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think and respond quickly.

Liaise with internal staff across all departments.

Responsible for shipping and receiving team.

Ensure reporting of shipment discrepancies to the appropriate department based upon information provided by the receiving department

Post-secondary graduate in Supply Chain Management/Inventory or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a position of management, demonstrating leadership and mentorship of inventory team members.

Must have 3+ years’ experience in the Logistics and Warehousing environment with a focus on Inventory management.

Assign tasks to staff based on understanding of needs and inventory management.

Make recommendations to management to improve inventory systems when needed.

Salary of $80,000 to $90,000 (depending on experience)

Solid understanding of business management, supply chain management, and project management.

Arrange and manage the taking and input of annual inventory counts.

Responsible for planning and forecasting requirements, along with the management of slow and obsolete items across the business.

Develop logistical capabilities in order to avoid shortages or wastage or manage crisis when it occurs.

In conjunction with the purchasing and product management teams, ensure the integrity of data for all skus in the ERP system.

Bachelors Degree in supply chain management or General Business.

Monitor short- and long-term supply requirements and develop systems and strategies to meet the needs of the business.

Manage all contracts and agreements within area of responsibility.

5-7+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing setting; preferred experience supporting inventory management

Solid knowledge of inventory management in ERP systems, preference to Microsoft Dynamics

Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) experience in a manufacturing and/or inventory management setting

Support the development and maintenance of an efficient inventory management system within the organization’s ERP environment

Develop and document accounting and operational process and procedures around the inventory management and costing processes

Support the development and oversight of gross margin analytics and management reports to enable management in making data driven decisions

Strong communication skills in order to converse intelligently and appropriately with senior management, subordinates and colleagues

Minimum University education (Bachelors degree in Business management/ Engineering/ Having Master’s degree is an asset)

Experience in Operations, Materials Management, Production Planning.

Inventory Management - analyze products with risk of obsolescence and propose opportunity to sales team in order to maximize financial achievement

Product Launches – initiate and support strategic product launches to meet corporate timelines using project management techniques.

To provide oversight, control and priority management for all activities concerned with the development of artwork for packaging material.

3+ years inventory control / management experience

Manage purchase order process which includes entry and receipt of all purchase orders for facility

Setup and manage new supplier’s information in ERP system

Work with managers to maintain an accurate account of non-stock and unavailable inventory

Must have passed CannSell certification and can provide a copy of the certification

Ability to quickly learn and master new skills

Minimum of 5 years experience in inventory management, sales, and marketing

Activate and manage Facebook ads to drive traffic and sales

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with Magento and Trello is a plus
