· Will handle the finances for the smaller operations for the organization.

· A few years’ experience at a public practice firm or manufacturing company is an asset.

· Experience with an ERP system is key. (Ex: Truckmates or Oracle)

· Be extremely detail oriented, organized, and have well-developed interpersonal skills.

· Preparation of monthly financials.

· Oversee the completion of all reconciliations, payroll, AP, AR, inventory reconciling, and adjustments.

• Assist with management reporting and new reporting structures, as required.

• Assist in migrating entities off legacy accounting software and finance-related projects.

• A University or College graduate. Having CPA Qualification is an asset.

• At least three (2) years’ experience in accounting or auditing areas in a Canadian context.

• Microsoft Office Skills (Word – Basic, Excel – Advanced and PowerPoint – Basic).

• Working knowledge with Sage or similar accounting software.
