Possesses solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, with an emphasis on collaboration, consensus and innovation

Attain better accountability for the business from department and business line reporting

Oversee public company reporting to ensure complete, accurate and timely reporting; Present quarterly reports to the Board

Has an accredited accounting designation (CPA, CA, CGA, CMA, etc.)

Experience managing day-to-day office operations, including the development and maintenance of office procedures, and project management.

Strong background in accounting, budget, student financial accounting, and management.

Demonstrated ability to be innovative, applying experience, knowledge and judgment to situations.

Manage the transition of the program shadow accounting system to the CSU enterprise system.

Manage all related financial workflows, including review and approval of all IP purchases.

Manage personnel practices to ensure compliance with in-country labor laws and other legal affairs.

SENIOR EXECUTIVE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS (CFO,VICE PRESIDENTOF FINANCE, SENIOR DIRECTOR OF FINANCE): - RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strong accounting, analytical, budget management, and financial modeling skills

Strong leadership, time management, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills

YOU ALSO HAVE (Experience/ Qualifications/ Skills Needed)

7+ years experience as a Senior Executive in Finance in a Retail Company or a CFO role in a Retail Organization.

Experience in finance in a Retail Organization is a Must

Ensure and oversee the production of all the Companys financial data, both statutory and for the various needs of management;

Create relevant management reports and/or improve existing ones;

Foster the growth and professional development of team members, encouraging a work environment conducive to the optimization of knowledge.

Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related field;

10-15 years experience in a public accounting role;

Experience in an accounting firm and/or large corporation an asset;

Manage the finance department training any new employees as necessary

Manage payroll and benefits administration.

Partner with senior leadership to review weekly performance and provide support for executive management meetings.

Have 10-15 years of accounting or finance-related experience

Demonstrate strong knowledge of IFRS standard

Are experienced with cloud accounting softwares
