Post-secondary diploma or degree, preferably in Business Administration, or a combination of relevant education and/or experience is preferred.

Knowledge and relevant experience with bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.

Accounting software (ex: QuickBooks, Xero and Sage 50) knowledge considered an asset.

Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a ‘can do’ attitude to provide great service to busy leaders.

Excellent writing skills, including proper spelling, grammar and punctuation and ability to write and format moderately complex correspondence.

Lead the offshore finance and accounting teams, and thoughtfully designing this organization to effectively absorb accounting and finance integration responsibilities.

Minimum of 10+ years of accounting/finance experience, including relevant experience leading the accounting function of a multi-entity international serial acquirer.

Demonstrated ability to work with various levels of management.

Manage all systems and processes related to day-to-day accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing.

Partner with finance professionals and offshore teams to ensure financial reporting is completed in a timely manner.

Oversee the integration of acquisitions into the company’s finance infrastructure in an expedient, consistent, and thoughtful manner.
