Extensive workplace specific design experience is an essential requirement in this role

Generating conceptual designs using a variety of graphic techniques, and work with Project Manager to prepare preliminary cost estimates

12+ years of experience in workplace interior design or architecture

Must have experience and confidence in delivering design pitches to corporate clients

Knowledge of local codes and permitting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Multi-Residential experience is a must

Advanced Skills in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD

Excellent written and verbal communication and organization skills

Involvement with projects from conceptual design through to construction and installation

Working with the internal Construction and Development teams and external suppliers and trade partners on Exterior and Interior design selections

Space planning and design of Common Areas and Amenity spaces

Work independently and have a solid understanding of RF filter product test requirements.

Perform standard test procedures with basic understanding of: test specifications, repair of standard product, troubleshooting skills and RF test fundamentals.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic testing / soldering / assembly experience or equivalent.

A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in electronic testing / soldering / assembly.
