Manage and scale the Design Organization based on company needs across both Brand and Product

You are a Figma Master and have a deep and updated knowledge on design tools and engineering best practices

Define and maintain the design and quality bar for our product and our brand

You lean towards fast execution and is able to balance providing value to users quickly while building scalable solutions

You’ll lead the design team on a product that’s used by +150k users today, and millions tomorrow

Excellent project management and change management skills

Post-Secondary degree/diploma/certification in business or equivalent and relevant experience

Telecommunications experience, IT, Technology, Finance, or exposure to a variety of strategic roles

Experience translating concepts into capability, resource, and product/service requirements

Responsible for all digital experiences and sales for our customers

Design end-to-end experiences for our agents and 24 million customer connections

Thrive in the demands of pressing deadlines and confidently manage multiple priorities

Is a strategic problem solver with experience in Consumer Packaged Goods

Enjoys collaboration with a team and the chance to bring their experience to other channels and disciplines

Ideally has experience in food and drink categories

A solid understanding of Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (Expert knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), Microsoft Word, Excel, and Keynote

Strong knowledge and experience manipulating data and working with applications such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Teams, and Sharepoint are preferred.

Lead the design strategy of all assets across marketing initiatives

Presents technical design and reports to customers and/or other engineering/management groups in clear, complete, concise and non-ambiguous terms.

Proposes work package estimates and descriptions based on the knowledge of the work and project requirements.

Knowledge/experience in site deployment and commissioning of IT solutions

Cyber-security principles, technologies and solutions; Knowledge/experience in the following fields is desired:

Similarly, creates new concepts or modifies existing concepts to fulfil customer requirements.

Prepares system, subsystem, and interface requirement specifications by analysing, decomposing modelling and refining customer requirements and typical train control domain requirements.
