Experience in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite applications. Working knowledge of After Effects or experience working with motion designers preferred.

Ability to collaborate with writers, designers, researchers, product managers, marketers, and other cross-functional partners to serve a global audience.

5+ years experience at agency/in-house, concepting and art directing ideas for brand and product advertising.

Experience working closely and collaborating with agencies and production partners to execute concepts at the highest level.

Experience designing, art directing and articulating creative decisions.

Experience bringing ideas to life with high quality comps and prototypes.

5+ years of experience designing products and brands that can be seen in the wild.

Guide the brand design process, from start to finish, getting involved in all aspects of the brand design.

Create inspiring, beautiful and relevant brands that strengthen the products we make.

Complement and assist the product team, levelling up output by crafting a stunning, product-ready brand.

Work closely with product designers, producers, client partners and clients to educate and inform them about brand design best practices.

Proficient with design tools like Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Two years of experience in motion graphics design

Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with social media team effectively

Knowledge of design principles and color theory, with an eye for detail

Work experience: At least two years

Creating short video content for Instagram reels on a daily basis

Collaborating with the social media team to develop visual concepts and designs

Experience in brand management and B2B

Experience in multichannel campaign management

Produce high-quality assets that appeal to the appropriate target market
