Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in program or project management in a SAAS company or software development environment

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum) are desirable but not mandatory

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and priorities

Ensure adherence to project management best practices

Experience working with agile development methodologies

Ideal candidates will have the following skills, experience and qualifications:

· Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, knowledge areas, and tools.

· Developing full-scale project management plan, implementation plan, and associated communications documents.

· Ensuring proper financial management of the project.

· Ensuring proper risk management by documenting all risks and employing an effective mitigation strategy.

· Defining the process for reviewing, sign-off, and testing of business requirements.

Post Secondary education in Project Management, Construction, Real Estate, Land Development, Business or Finance considered an asset

Ensuring proper financial management of the project, working alongside the Finance and Accounting

Project Management experience preferably in land development and real estate

Ensuring proper risk management by documenting all risks and employing an effective mitigation strategy

Extensive understanding of project management principles, methods and techniques

10+ years of land development experience

Leads crisis management activities for the site

Ensures usage optimization of brewery assets (line loading, inventory management, planning optimization, minimum production runs, etc.)

Ensure efficient operations in the packaging department through the use of the Management control and reporting system

Manages the development of brewery personnel through training, informal feedback and individual performance appraisals

Prepares and manages the budget

Manage priorities and equipment availability for the department

Strong technical and cross-functional project and program management skills. Accurately estimates and manages budgets, timelines, risks, and technical challenges.

Effectively develop and manage sensory and project budgets, addressing short- and long-term requirements.

Manage Daiya's internal sensory lab, facilities, and software, evolving resources as needed.

Manage the sensory portfolio and projects, providing direction and supporting team in achieving deliverables.

Collaborate with R&D leadership team to build out strategic plans and improve department processes, competencies, and capabilities.

Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative sensory, consumer research, analytical, and statistical methodologies, tools, processes, and techniques.

Experience in the use of project management, collaboration management, communication, and dashboard/reporting tools

Formal Project Management training and/or PMP certification

Drive, coordinate, and support the goals of projects using project management best practices and tools.

Direct experience in a similar Program/Project Manager role in a biopharma company, supporting R&D programs and their cross-functional teams.

Strives for continuous improvement; assesses one’s strengths and areas for development, and pursues opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills
