2 years experience in developing front-end requirements for emerging technologies (feasibility, analysis and design phases).

- Transition Cisco ASA Firewalls to the Cisco Secure Firewall platform (formerly FTD, managed using FMC)

Policy management and control platforms for wired, wireless and VPN

Hands-on Experience with the following is required:

Enterprise WAN connections including MPLS & Internet

Campus Wired & Wireless environments

Network-based security appliances such as firewalls & intrusion prevention system (IPS)

Room-based video collaboration endpoints and video interoperability systems

Experience with asset management – tracking, maintenance, disposal

Experience providing L1/L2 support, troubleshooting connectivity and configuration issues.

Experience utilizing ticketing system (i.e., ITSM, Remedy)

Experience decommissioning Network routers and switches, wireless access points, and other network devices.

Experience preparing and organizing new hardware prior to installation.

Experience maintaining accurate records and documentation of network configurations, changes, and incident resolution.

Load-balancer (F5) configuration knowledge is an asset.

Firewall (Palo Alto and Fortinet) configuration knowledge is an asset.

Five years of demonstrated experience with network equipment implementation/planning, site assessments, application of network standards, and network issue problem-solving / troubleshooting.

Professional-level vendor certification (such as CCNP, PCNSE, etc)

Perform site visits and assessments.

Create project documentation – Design document, Method of Procedure, As-built document.

Support the incident, change and problem management processes.

Manage incident queue and effectively prioritize and triage incidents based on critical devices and shared services.

Manage escalations with internal client teams and 3rd party vendors.

Manage chronic, repeat and aging incidents with proper internal/external escalations.

3 years of experience in Network Operations

3 years of In-depth experience troubleshooting Network operation systems

6 - Knowledge and experience in Service Management (Event Management, Incident management,

Implement the corresponding remediations based on the bank's change management process.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex activities.

Develop the solution and implement the new requirement from different teams.

Evolved Packet Core (EPC) Experience with Mobility 3G / 4G / 5G, strong understanding of the call-flow processing.

5G preferred but not mandatory if strong 4G skills

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, including TCP / UDP / IP / GTP / SCTP / GTP / diameter protocols

Experience with Dynamic Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, etc)

Strong troubleshooting skills with different tools, e.g. wireshark

Onsite work to gather information required for VOIP phone deployment.

Onsite work to deploy new VOIP handsets.

Onsite work to troubleshoot analog and digital phones and Low voltage cabling in support of VoIP migration projects.

Ability to work on cross-connects on BIX, 66 & 110 blocks, all 2-pair telecom, and 4-pair network cabling.

Manage day to day deliverables including install, configure and maintain network technologies.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong knowledge of Routing protocols, Switching protocols and VPN.

University degree or college diploma (preferably in engineering or technical but not essential depending on experience)

Proven proficiency working with Cisco Remote Access and L2L VPN Technologies

Experience implementing network technologies to support organizational technology projects

Experience in scripting for network automation using Bash or Python is an asset

Proven proficiency with Layer 3 Spine and Leaf data center networks using VXLAN with BGP EVPN

Proven proficiency working with BGP and OSPF

Implement, monitor, and manage particular facets of network technologies;

Analyze requirements, make recommendations, develop, document and implement the design for a Data Centre Interconnect (DCI) overlay solution for the environment;

Design, implement, maintain and configure network equipment and components;

Plan the integration of networks, provide network analysis, and maintain network operations as required;

Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations;
