Review NCO’s programming documents/knowledge products and provide technical inputs to better reflect contextual issues, needs/interests of diverse groups; and

Evidence of technical inputs to strengthen NCO’s programming documents/knowledge products (five documents); and

Qualification- Master’s degree in Gender and Development Studies, Political Science, Social Science, or any other related field of studies (10 points).

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward issue resolution.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferably a licensed or registered mental health professional with experience in crisis management hotlines.

Oversee operations and management of the wellbeing-hotline services (attend, de-escalate/escalate and intervene)

Supported by the in-house clinical team in administrative processes and psychological case management.

Preferably have a degree qualification in mental health related fields, such as counselling, clinical psychology, or equivalent

Experience with SAP, or asset management software, is an asset

Experience and knowledge of SAP Business Suite on HANA and S/4HANA 1809 or higher.
