About ThoughtFull:


ThoughtFull's vision is to make mental healthcare seamless, accessible and affordable in Asia. We partner with corporates, insurers and healthcare providers to offer proactive and coordinated end-to-end mental healthcare to users via our mobile application, connecting them with the largest network of mental healthcare professionals in the region. We leverage evidence-based frameworks, the latest clinical tools, and analytics to provide the best experience for both users and professionals.


Responsibilities:


(Professional training will be provided)


  • Refer callers/individuals to appropriate resources when needed.
  • Oversee operations and management of the wellbeing-hotline services (attend, de-escalate/escalate and intervene)
  • Collect accurate data about calls and callers with proper record keeping.
  • Flexible working locations, you can be based anywhere.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to callers/individuals accordingly.
  • Provide psychological first aid and crisis counselling to crisis callers from our corporate clients in Japanese.
  • Supported by the in-house clinical team in administrative processes and psychological case management.
  • Being on standby daily, 11AM - 6PM (MDT). [Phone to have stable internet connection to receive calls from the CloudTalk app. It is worth mentioning that we expect little to no calls to come in due to this being a private hotline]


Requirements


  • Open to learning; committed and motivated to learn and improve.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably a licensed or registered mental health professional with experience in crisis management hotlines.
  • Fluent in Japanese (full literacy) and English. Tertiary languages are preferred but not required.
  • Open-minded and multiculturally competent; accepting of differences in cultures, religions, and sexuality;
  • Preferably have a degree qualification in mental health related fields, such as counselling, clinical psychology, or equivalent
  • Must be punctual, reliable and able to work varying shifts.
  • Have sufficient digital and computer literacy and a meticulous record keeper.
