Wildlife Hotline Operator Jobs

Preferably a licensed or registered mental health professional with experience in crisis management hotlines.

Oversee operations and management of the wellbeing-hotline services (attend, de-escalate/escalate and intervene)

Supported by the in-house clinical team in administrative processes and psychological case management.

Preferably have a degree qualification in mental health related fields, such as counselling, clinical psychology, or equivalent

Provide psychological first aid and crisis counselling to crisis callers from our corporate clients in Japanese.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information to callers/individuals accordingly.

Handle inbound issue resolution while maintaining an outstanding experience in every interaction

Demonstrate effective communication skills and relationship-building.

You have 1-2 years' experience handling inbound customer issue resolution using email, phone and chat.

You have experience in a fast-paced customer service role and resilient in an ever-changing environment.

You have effective written communication skills--including top-notch grammar, spelling, and the ability to write both formally and casually.

You have experience maintaining a high-level of professionalism.
