Sales Manager – Plastic Mold And Supplies Jobs

Minimum three (3) years direct related experience in a computerized purchasing/materials management environment.

Completion of Level 1 Purchasing Management Association of Canada, (PMAC) is preferred.

Previous experience in inventory control required.

Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite specifically Microsoft Excel, and the Internet.

Excellent spelling and grammatical skills.

Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.

Manage single tool design projects when requested

Mould Designer, ideally with injection mould experience

College diploma / University degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent experience an asset

Several years advanced mould design experience

Strong working knowledge of Siemens NX Mold Wizard in all facets of tool design

Assist in design of tooling at the direction of the Design Team Leader

Ensure a high-quality customer experience at every opportunity

Identify, develop, and manage opportunities with Area Sales (internal) via Distribution Channel (external)

Experience selling through electrical distribution channel partners, direct sales experience a strong asset

Experience working with end users, OEMs, panel shops, and integrators via channel partners

Strong analytical and diagnostics skills an asset

Exceptional presentation skills, ability to engage audiences on technical subjects

Previous retail management experience for a minimum of 5 years

Works with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom

Manages labour scheduling and leverages Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize labour productivity

Planning and preparation for Inventory Management

Works effectively with management team

Maintains Store Standards to optimize customer experience, drive customer traffic, and positively impact store profitability

CRM experience is seen as an advantage

You will ensure that all customer service levels, and performance standards are met.

Preparing quotations. Discuss, negotiate, and finalize proposals with customers; ensuring key deadlines are met

Develop, build, and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and new customers, to maximize sales of products and services

Analyzing the market and the competitors

Dealing with customer inquiries promptly and efficiently

· Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, sharing knowledge and best practices with team members.

· Proven experience in product design, thermoforming, and extrusion processes.

· Analytical mindset with great problem-solving skills.

· Hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
