At least 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within the area of adult education, settlement and integration of newcomers;

Provide facility management and guidance to ensure program property is safe and clean for all stakeholders;

Work closely with Finance department in order to meet requirements in terms of budget;

Minimum of Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience;

Provide guidance, coaching/mentoring to the involved managers and contractors to ensure achievement of program/project goals and objectives;

Provide oversight on reports to funders, in collaboration with program/project Managers and negotiate budget slippage or overages when needed;

Extensive knowledge and experience with Portfolio, Program and Project Management methodologies

Strong leadership, organization, and time management, and decision-making skills

Work with project managers to oversee the project lifecycle for all projects within the program

Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience managing Information Technology projects

Valid PMP Certification or Prince2 Practitioner certification.

Experience leading and managing a project team within a provincial government setting

Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with other database management systems relating to granting, (i.e. SmartSimple), an asset.

Strong background in project management, budgeting, and financial tracking.

Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, ability to make decisions, sound judgment and experience applying creative solutions to problems.

Develop, maintain, codify and communicate industry understanding and institutional knowledge of the microbiome, healthy aging, brain health and lifestyle factors landscape.

Attend relevant events, conferences etc. to enhance knowledge or represent the Committee and Foundation as needed.

At least 2 years minimum practical experience in life science research with a proven background in developing or managing health innovations.

5 to 7 years direct applicable experience in the management and leadership of technical projects from conception to successful implementation.

Perform other assignments from time to time as management so directs.

General powertrain, or specific automotive transmission product design experience an asset.

Proficient with CAD (Pref. SolidWorks and DraftSight). Must possess sound knowledge and ability to use various PC based computer applications.

Knowledge of CNC machining, metal forming and joining an asset.

Must be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English and possesses strong presentation, interpersonal and negotiating skills

Expert knowledge and understanding of project management practices, disciplines, tools, and methodologies. Ideally has a Project Management Professional certification (PMI PMP).

Strong budget management and forecasting experience.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and relationships management skills.

Demonstrates strong knowledge of Agile methodology while delivering IT projects. Ideally has a Certified Scrum master certification (CSM / PSM).

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.

Integrate inputs from many stakeholders to establish and manage a consolidated scope, schedule and budget for the program.

Planning to roll out in a controlled way a new operating model and associated organisation design.

Providing better aligning the configuration states and for further integration the program team.

Helping with communication strategy, newsletter and reporting and oversight improvements.

Experience reviewing, analyzing and synthesizing information to produce high-quality project documents (including donor reports, knowledge management documents and communication materials).

The internal project management systems and tools used will be more efficient in facilitating the ongoing management of the grants portfolio.

Excellent relationships with Plan International country offices will have been established to manage and deliver expected results.

Proven experience managing international development programs with different donors; some of which should have been gained overseas.

The ability to effectively support the preparation of funding proposals as per donor requirements.

Participates in regular on-call coverage with other LOFT Community Services management to ensure leadership coverage across all Programs and services.

Oversees the administration, management, operations, coordination, and delivery of all client services at the Program.

Oversees the administration, management, and operations of all Information Resources at the Program.

Reports building and maintenance issues to the required landlord or Facilities Management in a timely manner.

Responsible for life cycle management of key customer programs and accounts:

Program Forecasting – prepare accurate financial and resource forecasts. Prepare reports as required by ATS Management.

Elevate customer issues when required to the next level of ATS management.

Attend HSE Due Diligence for Management training sessions.

Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Intake, Finance, legal) as required to ensure all program elements are managed efficiently.

Deliver the best possible program experience to founders, mentors, partners, and other stakeholders.

Identify and secure appropriate resources to effectively deliver against program requirements (i.e. internal/external facilitation resources), e.g. mentors, partners, speakers, vendors etc.

Recruit, hire and manage the seasonal co-op team.

Advantageous to have innovation-related qualifications such as Design Thinking or Innovation

Extensive knowledge and experience with project management methodologies

Strong leadership, organization, and time management, and decision making skills

Minimum of ten 10 years of experience managing Information Technology projects

Valid PMP Certification or Prince2 Practitioner certification.

Experience leading and managing a project team

Strong interpersonal, listening, and conflict resolution skills

Manage time and resource allocation appropriately to provide overall safety leadership to assigned project(s).

Actively participate in reducing Project Incident Rates by meeting or exceeding established BU goals and manage regulatory exposures to zero citations.

Build working relationships with project staff and Subcontractor Safety Representatives.

Contribute to the development of the overall project safety program.

Ensure proper pre-planning for all activities and tasks for subcontractors and trades.

Create safety reports for the project, analyzing metrics and making recommendations for improvement over baseline.

3-5 years of experience in Clinical Development or roles directly related to the Research & Development of Peptide programs

Entrepreneurial mindset, experience in startup environment preferred a plus

Lead therapeutic program(s) by managing Peptide discovery CRO relationships, Clinical Operations stakeholders and reporting to your GM on process
