Create monthly and quarterly reports for the Risk Manager’s review.

Provide premium and financial information to finance department.

Minimum one year's experience in the insurance industry

Strong analytic, problem solving and decision-making abilities

Strong customer service, communication skills, and relationship building skills

Organize and maintain all departmental documentation in accordance with document management protocol;

Organize and maintain in real-time the insurance and risk management data in the Risk Management Information System (RMIS);

Assist in the day-to-day management of insurance and risk-related matters.

Manage all third-party insurance certificate requests, providing stakeholders with accurate certificates in a timely manner;

Ensure all insurance policy documentation (binders, policies, endorsements) and invoicing is requested, monitored, and processed in a timely manner;

Ensure the quarterly premium adjustments for acquisitions, refinancings and dispositions are accurate;

• You have knowledge of enterprise risk management, risk analysis, identification, mitigation, training, measurement, and reporting.
