Retail Inventory Analyst Jobs

Manage supply chain systems, conduct inventory checks regularly and write inventory reports

3+ years of experience in a materials/inventory analyst role within the Manufacturing Industry

Daily review of incoming and outgoing goods using PLEX and other data

Work with Master Scheduler counts of what currently is in WIP, FG and incoming material

Be on the floor physically counting bins /locations to verify product prior to scheduled launch

Experience in inventory management, purchasing, and supply chain preferred

Develop and present financial plans, forecasts, and reports to senior management using computer modeling tools such as spreadsheets

Prepare reports on inventory levels, trends, and forecasts for senior management

Identify opportunities to streamline inventory management processes

Retail Experience (Store Operations, DC Operations)

Proficient MS Excel Experience / Microsoft Suite

Business Analysis and requirements gather fundamentals

The project centers around the implementation and distribution of hardware including mobile devices, laptops, tablets, etc.

Samsung devices being distributed to associates part of a welcome package

2 – 3 years experience in inventory control or other finance related role

Fashion retail & wholesale experience an asset

Experience working with retail stores

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analyst role

Experience with Retail, Inventory and/or Supply Chain is an asset

Excellent knowledge of IT tools including Excel

Provide support to, and train other team members as they develop skills in inventory management and SAP.

Manage indirect purchasing for warehouse costs

Perform other related duties as assigned by Manager

Demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Strong analytical skills – can review a large data set, identify the key points, and summarize it

Record inventory transactions in the ERP system for non-EDI warehouses

A Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management and/or supply chain or equivalent is a plus.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with proven ability to prioritize.

Create and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI) related to inventory management to support weekly and monthly Supply Chain Scorecards.

7+ years’ experience in the retail industry in supply chain and/or merchandise planning

3+ years of leadership experience with cross-functional teams

High level of analytical skill and judgment, combined with strategic problem solving

Advanced knowledge of Excel. SAP or JDA knowledge is preferred

Strong problem solving and decision-making skills in ambiguous environment

2+ years of related inventory management experience a plus

Perform any general needs for consigned inventory along with special projects as required by management

Excellent computer skills: Internet Research and intermediate to advanced MS office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and data entry is required

Collaborate with sales reps across the country to review special customer requirements or needs

Inform Inventory & Procurement Manager of the location and quantity of possible item returns
