Inventory Analyst Jobs

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain systems, conduct inventory checks regularly and write inventory reports

purchase requests and file inventory documents in the database.

• Work with Customer Service as a liaison between Master Scheduler and group to ensure all items are available for scheduled runs (ie: packaging, plastic, WIP, incoming components)
• Daily review of incoming and outgoing goods using PLEX and other data
• Work with warehouse staff to ensure proper locations to ensure accuracy
• Work with Master Scheduler counts of what currently is in WIP, FG and incoming material
• Be on the floor physically counting bins /locations to verify product prior to scheduled launch

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills required
• Strong understanding of the flow of material within a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of experience in a materials/inventory analyst role within the Manufacturing Industry
