Provide oversight to digital leads and specialists, ensuring the delivery of digital requirements and best-in-class service and capabilities.

Provide day-to-day leadership and effective management to team leaders/practice leaders.

Identify potential flight risks and individuals seeking a change of accounts/roles, proactively addressing retention and talent management.

Provide monthly summaries to senior management regarding Client profitability, major account activity, and staffing needs.

Liaise with OMG capabilities to evolve and adopt- leading edge capabilities, tools and best practices into the agency practices.

Promote shared knowledge and resources within the organization and extended organizations within Omnicom.

Demonstrated team building, flexibility, and conflict management

Manage monthly accrual process for Gross to Net (GTN) spend (Initial Stocking Orders, Car Stock, Programs)

Hosts the monthly marketing and customer development team calls (Regional Sales Manager Connect, Monthly Alignment Call, National Territory Manager Call)

Develop plans and practical recommendations based on knowledge gained from post-evaluations ensuring these are included in the strategies by business types.

Develops shopper solutions based on Retail/Customer and Shopper knowledge

Minimum 5 years of significant experience in Customer and Trade Marketing

Exceptional planning and project management experience.

Monitor of Territory Management Budgets and responsible for the review and approval of trade payments to retail trade partners nationally.

3-5 years in commercial experience (sales, trade marketing, commercial planning) in a CPG company

Strong collaborative communication and teamwork skills

Propose/build multi-platform brand initiatives including design of mechanics, scope, supporting legal documents, budgets, and others.

Content creation for physical/digital assets required for execution of initiatives.

Demonstrated team building, flexibility, and conflict management

Experience in long term care in developing/ leading programs for residents with varied physical and cognitive ability.

Experience in PCC and Activity pro would be considered as an asset.

Knowledge of community resources within the service area and able to relate to them in a professional manner.
