You will work with the General Manager to attract, hire, onboard and retain the best hourly talent

You will work with the General Manager to develop hourly employees through corporate training programs, individual development plans, and system assignments.

You have 2+ years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry; leadership/operations experience strongly preferred

Generate regular sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators and presenting insights to senior management.

Supervise a team of sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to optimize their performance.

Help sales associates achieve sales targets, develop sales strategies, and ensure the team is aligned with the overall sales objectives.

Monitor individual and team performance, conducting regular performance evaluations and taking corrective actions.

Drive sales growth by actively participating in the sales process, engaging with customers, and closing sales when required.

Monitor sales metrics and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

3 - 5 years restaurant experience in a management role. Previous BOH experience is an asset.

Inventory control: Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

You have experience as a General Manager in a fast-paced food service environment

You might have future aspirations to be employed as Operations Management or in our Corporate team

You are experienced with financials and are very proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Food and Beverage Management an asset

Your experience and skills include:

Previous department head level experience required (minimum of 2 Years)

Previous high volume restaurant operations experience required

Previous fine dining experience required

5+ years of experience in food and beverage management or a related field.

Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and management, including budgeting, inventory control, and staffing.

Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including developing training programs for advanced skills and providing on-the-job coaching.

Experience with software systems used in the restaurant industry, including Open Table, 7 Shifts, and Sympony.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train, supervise, and motivate staff.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
