As a Sales Floor Manager, you will oversee the operations and performance of the sales team on the sales floor. In addition, you will play a crucial role in motivating and guiding the sales team to maximize their potential and deliver outstanding results.
Responsibilities:

• Monitor sales metrics and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Supervise a team of sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to optimize their performance.
• Generate regular sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators and presenting insights to senior management.
• Drive sales growth by actively participating in the sales process, engaging with customers, and closing sales when required.
