Detailed Job Description Restaurant Crew members are responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests. This includes greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions, and providing helpful information about menu items. They must also be able to prepare and serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards. Additionally, they must maintain a clean and safe environment in the restaurant, including cleaning tables and floors, stocking supplies, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.
