Senior Manager of Reporting and Consolidation

Oversee special projects related to Finance and Treasury Management (e.g. weekly cash flows).

Experience in not-for-profit accounting and grants management preferred.

Review and analyze monthly management financial statements for the purpose of identifying operational trends.

Excellent computer skills including a working knowledge of Office365 and SharePoint platforms, and familiarity with off the shelf accounting software packages.

Superior organizational, analytical, problem-solving abilities; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritize, and take initiative.

Review contracts and document financial requirements of those contracts to ensure Dixon Hall meets their obligations within established timelines.

Extensive knowledge with 5 to 10 years of progressive finance experience

Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with members of the finance team and the business

Lead the implementation of systems and solutions with a finance impact

Build and foster relationships with the business, IT and other Finance areas to evaluate and support initiatives

Cultivate a continuous improvement mindset within the finance team

In-depth knowledge and practical application of IFRS

· BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance/Operations Management, or related fields

Working with the Senior Manager, Governance & Analysis as well as cross-functional business and support functions, the incumbent is responsible to:

Salesforce usage and Salesforce reporting skills are as asset with a major emphasis on Salesforce Analytics Studio/Tableau reporting.

10-15 years of related experience that includes direct experience with ESG reporting, including working with reporting and ratings frameworks

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.

Management of investment portfolio in accordance with appropriate direction.

Development of cash management policies and procedures for cross country operations.

5+ years of relevant experience building / leading a finance team.

Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant discipline.

· Manage monthly financial reporting including supervising team members and implementing best practices in the reporting process.

· All other duties as requested from time to time by the Controller and VP Finance.

· Minimum 5 years of progressive experience, with some experience leading a team.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills.

· Experience using Microsoft D365 and Workiva is an asset.

· Excellent oral and written English communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
