Job Description

Are you a leader, looking to make a difference? My client is an established company in Waterloo with an opportunity for a permanent Reporting Manager to join their team!If you are currently pursuing yourCPAand have experience in management and accounting, this opportunity may be for you!


Responsibilities

  • Improve accounting procedures and policies
  • Review and organize financial reporting, analysis, and budgets
  • Relationship building and communication with stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance is maintained
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3
  • Accountable for financial effectiveness and efficiency
  • Facilitate internal audit and provide areas of operations improvement
  • Act as key contact for all reporting inquiries


Qualifications

  • CPAdesignation or close to completion
  • Leadership experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • 2+ years of experiencein financial reporting & analysis
