Expense Management: monitor and manage controllable expenses in clinics, such as supplies, equipment, payroll, staff expenses & maintenance

Inventory Management: Ensure all clinics are following all inventory handling procedures in an accurate and timely manner

Networking: identify candidates with the right skill level and attributes; constantly recruit exceptional talent

Plan to attend a minimum of three (3) Morning Huddles in any one-week period

Complete a Site Visit Report with an evaluation of the clinic & follow up actions to be taken by clinic team

Skill Sets and Qualifications for Project Manager:

o Familiar with change management/incident management processes.

• Building on previous experience implementing large-scale PathNet projects with CPOE

o Experience implementing Healthcare clinical upgrades with EHRs and CPOE rollout in large & fast-paced settings.

o Experience translating future state workflows to Cerner system designs.

The Proponent’s responsibilities will include the following:

Project manager Cerner PathNet project for CPOE implementation across multiple hospitals

Experience implementing Healthcare clinical upgrades with EHRs and CPOE rollout in large & fast paced settings.

Experience with Cerner PathNet for ambulatory and acute care

Implementation focus on ambulatory and acute care workflows.

Work with the GMs and property management companies to ensure the overall maintenance of the stores.

Act as a backup for General Managers (GMs) to cover vacation and sick time and working on the floor when necessary.

Strong knowledge of and passion for the Cannabis industry.
