Education Required: Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Operations or Engineering, or Associate’s Degree with equivalent experience.

Proven experience in multi-unit management within the fast food or restaurant industry.

Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.

Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.

Recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff within the region.

Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on empowering and developing team members.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management, detailing branch performance, market trends, and potential challenges.

Business Acumen: Solid understanding of logistics market trends, business development strategies, and financial management principles.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French language proficiency is a plus).

Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customs laws, and company policies, promoting a safe and compliant work environment.

Previous customer retention / account management experience. Proven track record of recognizing and providing good customer service.

Working knowledge of provincial regulatory requirements with respect to propane handling is an asset.

Collaborate with Customer Experience Centre (CEC) to oversee daily operations and liaise on staff scheduling, performance, safety concerns.

Maintain service partnership relations for area(s) managed.

Manage operational P&L results for the area managed.

Oversee and direct new sales activities for market area(s) managed

2+ years' of management or supervisory experience

Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management

Experience hiring and training individuals

Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement

Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch

Hire and train all employees of the branch

Elevate leadership skills and people management skills of the team

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, including 2+ years in sales team management, preferably in telecom industry

Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment

Meeting sales targets as set by management for all Bell residential services

Host manager sales meetings, quarterly business reviews, and collaborate with sales management team to establish KPIs

Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Management or related fields is an asset
