What You Need To Know

Contract management, disputes and/or asset management.

Associate: 4+ years of relevant work experience in an infrastructure related field; with relevant experiences across one or more of:

Financial analysis and modeling, and/or consideration of economic costs and benefits

Strong analytical skills and capability to provide quality deliverables with an attention to detail

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for a range of audiences

Working knowledge of accounting concepts and principles (CPA not required)

University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related mix of academic and practical experience

Provide commercial and financial analysis of project finance structures, instruments, and pricing

Apply your exceptional writing skills to prepare reports for a broad variety of assignments.

3-5 years of experience in similar advisory role, consulting to public and private sector clients

A broad skill set including strong presentation and stakeholder facilitation, business case and report writing, organizational and analytical skills

Excellent communication and writing skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Support project management activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.

Solid understanding of real estate development processes, including market research, feasibility analysis, due diligence, and project management.

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

0-2 years of experience in real estate development, investment, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct financial analysis and evaluate investment opportunities.

Strong project management skills and attention to detail

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline

Assisting with data gathering activities including document review and supervision, and quality control of data entry activities

3-5 Years of experience in the construction and engineering industries

Proficiency with Primavera Project Planner and project scheduling technique experience is highly preferred

Experience in investigative work focused on contractual claims and disputes

Contract management, disputes and/or asset management.

Financial analysis and modeling, and/or consideration of economic costs and benefits

Experiences managing and mentoring junior staff

Strong preference will be given to candidates who have gained such experience from either:

A professional services environment with relevant infrastructure related project experience and/or commercial and financial advisory experience; or

Financial modelling experience with major capital projects, with the capacity to develop such models independently with minimal guidance

5+ years of experience including progressively complex roles with a specific focus on corporate finance.

Chartered Financial Analyst accreditation or Graduate level education is an asset.
