3 – 5 years relevant working experience in a food manufacturing environment

Broad range of experience with Operational Systems and GMP Programs

Strong knowledge of SQF or similar GFSI programs

Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and experienced with the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, etc.).

Experience in multimedia and courseware development in aviation or other technical fields.

Work experience with technical documentation such as detailed drawings, diagrams, component cross-section drawings, photographs and 3D simulation models.

Experience of the e-learning process and techniques.

Ability and determination to work in small and large group environments.

Capable of handling several tasks and projects simultaneously.

You have 5 years’ experience working with a Quality Management System

You have strong interpersonal skills and can find mutually beneficial outcomes to conflict

Manage QMS and technical documentation and ensure proper retention of records and documents

Experience with creating and editing process documentation

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience working with external auditors

 Responds to management/client/regulatory requests for certification/compliance documents by email, fax and phone.

 Maintains a high level of understanding of clients’ continually changing Operator Qualification program requirements to assist Managers in providing qualified personnel.

 Maintains an effective Quality Management Program across all regions in Canada.

 Tracks and maintains employee qualifications, certifications and training, including SNT certifications and safety training related courses.

Liaising with technical staff, operations management and client’s representatives to ensure quality in reporting.

Ensuring reporting aligns with quality management initiatives.

Strictly follow CSA N285/NQA Quality requirements as defined within the manual and procedures

Basic knowledge of Solidworks (primarily drawings utilities).

Plot and compile Mechanical design shop packages and process Mechanical Spare Parts orders.

Organize and prepare documentation according to customer standards

Review and interpret customer drawing specifications.

Any other duties as assigned by Quality Manager

Computer skills (Skilled in Microsoft office is must)

Develop work instructions for production and quality inspection processes.

Work with other departments to coordinate production task for various processes.

Ensures the validity of all training requirements related to the QMS and maintains the associated records.

Knowledge of regulatory & industry standards (AS9100, AS13100 & NADCAP).

In-depth familiarity with quality assurance systems, practices, and documentation, experience in manufacturing operation, experience in Internal Auditing.

Strong quantitative analysis skills, including the use of Microsoft Excel.

Good knowledge of electronic document management

Experience in ISO 9001: 2015 standard requirements and certification

Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (quality manual, procedures, forms, tools)

Strong Electronic Documentation Management expertise

Experience in Health & Safety (an asset) Personal & soft skills:

Drive and coordinate with line Managers quality processes updates based on Lessons Learned and KPIs

Construction industry (Concrete, Steel, Asphalt) knowledge and experience would be considered an asset.

Ability to liaise and form positive relationship with all levels of employees and management.

BSc Engineering in Civil or CET education an asset.

ISO 9001 Quality Control Internal Auditing Certification an asset.

1 year’ experience in infrastructure as a minimum.

Profound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Access, Power Point.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management skills.

Performing Quality Kick-Off meetings with the supplier to explain project Quality Management.

Maintain a solid knowledge base of District Quality Manuals.

Understand requirements of ISO 9001 Standards.

Collaborating with the supplier to identify Quality requirements.

ASQ Audit certification is preferred.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management skills.

Performing Quality Kick-Off meetings with the supplier to explain project Quality Management.

Maintain a solid knowledge base of District Quality Manuals.

Understand requirements of ISO 9001 Standards.

Collaborating with the supplier to identify Quality requirements.

ASQ Audit certification is preferred.

Postsecondary education in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Demonstrate planning, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize own work, and work as a team.

Auditing project QMS to ISO 9001:2015 requirements

5 years proven experience in quality control on civil construction projects; Design experience is highly preferred.

Experience with healthcare projects is highly preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Construction industry (Concrete, Steel, Asphalt) knowledge and experience would be considered an asset.

Ability to liaise and form positive relationship with all levels of employees and management.
