Job Description
Blackline Safety is currently looking for a Quality Coordinator who is eager to work in a rapidly growing company. The Quality Coordinator will be helping develop our processes, facilitate creation of documentation for our Quality Management System (QMS) and participate in QMS audits. The Blackline Safety System incorporates wearable personal devices, vehicle mounted equipment, satellite and cellular communication channels and an advanced web portal.


This is a full-time permanent position.

  • You are familiar with ISO standards and auditing
  • You have 5 years’ experience working with a Quality Management System
  • You are hands-on and prepared to get involved with all aspects of operations with a can-do attitude and collaborative spirit.
  • You can adapt to quickly changing priorities in a high-growth environment
  • You have high standards and motivate others to strive to meet them


Responsibilities


  • Support the Blackline organization with your deep understanding of processes and procedures
  • Manage QMS and technical documentation and ensure proper retention of records and documents
  • Create, update, and review QMS and related documents, in collaboration with process owners
  • Assist in organization of internal and external audits for QMS


Required Skills


  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience conducting internal audits
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with external auditors
  • Experience with creating and editing process documentation
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of Products (SharePoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
