One (1) year experience in similar role is an asset.

Conversant in GMP/GLP requirements is an asset.

Proficiency with application software (LIMS), Knowledge of Microsoft Office and efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Performing routine maintenance and calibration of microbiology lab equipment.

Implementing of USP, , and on a variety of products and samples.

Preparing samples according to USP monographs, general chapters, and in-house SOPs.

Completing paperwork for the release of materials, including status labels and certificates of analysis.

Complying with documented safety practices for the laboratory and the manufacturing facilities.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in biological sciences

Able to start the day at 5 am

High school Diploma, technical education an asset but not required

Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Inspecting electronic equipment configured for customer systems

Verifying product meets latest hardware and software standards

Scanning barcode information in an AS/400 system

Communicates with customer/job site contacts as needed on job requirements

A minimum of (1) one year experience as a lead hand in manufacturing environment

Automotive quality experience a strong asset

Basic math, reading and comprehension skills

Implements quality control processes for information management in alignment with RIM and Enterprise Data Governance Policies

Plans, controls, and deploys metadata in the information management system.

Serves as the central point of contact for all information management services.

Develops and implements administration procedures and processes for the information management system.

Concrete Mix Management And Performance

Manage and lead quality incident Investigation process, troubleshooting and corrective actions.

Lead plants certifications preparation and audits for RMX plants.

Manage local lab budgets and financial reviews as required.

5 years of experience in Ready Mix

Implementation of Lafarge Safety Policies, and compliance with Government Legislation.

Communicates with customer/job site contacts as needed on job requirements

A minimum of (1) one year experience as a lead hand in manufacturing environment

Automotive quality experience a strong asset
