Our starting pay $22 per hour plus benefits after (60) days

Project Supervisors are responsible for project set up, managing customer deliverables and team member expectations and general supervision. Ongoing training with team to maintain consistent work and communication with customers and employees.Project Supervisors travel to the manufacturing plants, where the parts are being made or the warehouses where the parts are being stored to supervise our teams of quality inspectors

• Interface with onsite customer
• Responsible for ensuring all teams within assigned location(s) are operating according to
• Automotive manufacturing a strong asset
• Detail oriented
• Facilitates required training
• Follows all employee policies and other duties as assigned
• Develop work instructions and train team leaders and inspectors on proper procedures
• Experience with business-to-business customer relations
• Standards and requirements, including safety.
• Record and submit project reports
• Intermediate to advance MS office skills
• Relevant to the project.
• Flexibility and adaptability
• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience within manufacturing
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience
• Positive attitude and self-motivated

Requirement

Must have a valid Driver's License

Must be able to work rotating shifts including some weekends

May require

Travel to customer facility on short notice

Amount of travel could be up to 50%, including overnight trips
