Quality Assurance New Product Specialist Jobs

Support the development and management of sampling and analyzer budgets

Manage and optimize quality sampling systems and online quality instrumentation

5+ years’ experience in the petroleum industry working in a similar role or in the midstream business

Experience with petroleum lab analyses, instrumentation, and quality control sampling equipment (i.e., manual/composite samplers and chromatographs)

Problem solving, troubleshooting and failure analysis/investigation skills

Extensive knowledge of Quality System regulatory requirements, including 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 210 and 211

Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a minimum of six years of experience within a regulated environment

GMP experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical or life science field is a must

Thorough understanding of regulatory, corporate, and customer requirements

Ability to prioritize, manage, and coordinate tasks in a dynamic environment

Review, verify and process of QMS records to ensure compliance to QMS standards such as ISO 9001/13485/relevant GMPs, and established procedures

Intermediate skill level with software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Project, and ERP/SAP

Coordinating quality interactions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy of documentation and efficiency of product release

Performing batch history file review and ERP transactions related to product release

Providing technical support to all staff as related to quality practices

Participate in projects for continuous improvement initiatives within the QA department and corporately

Revise and create standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Excellent time-management & communication skills, adaptability, and ability to prioritize tasks

Primarily responsible for developing and executing high quality test plans to deliver an amazing user experience

Collaborate with product managers to define acceptance criteria for new features, ensuring that they are measurable and achievable.

Hands-on experience with constructing SQL queries and testing APIs

Working experience in JS, Java, Python or other modern programming language

Experience with automated mobile testing with React Native (iOS and Android devices)

Manage/support resolution of major Non-Conformances per the process defined in the PA plan.

Participate in the bug management process: process requests, list bugs in the database, verify bug fixes, etc;

Have knowledge of 3D model processing;

As the Manager for Product Quality, you will be responsible for supporting our mandate by:

Designing and implementing scalable quality assurance and quality control tools and processes.

Managing and mentoring a team of quality assurance testers.

Developing and implementing quality assurance, quality control and digital accessibility standards, guidelines, and best practices.

Participate in quality team activities in support of ISO 9001:2015 requirements including internal audits and assessments.

Witness test events to ensure that systems are functioning to design requirements and all results are documented.

Proven prior experience in engineering, software development or related technical discipline.
