Experience testing as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) domain specific product

Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar Agile project management software

Excellent time management, task planning and prioritization skills

Broad testing knowledge and practical experience of industry standards, tools and techniques

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) domain specific product

Experience in developing progressive web apps using service workers and knowledge on offline content.

8+ years' developing production front-end web applications. Prior leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred.

Excellent experience with React.js, Typescript, Redux, and Node.js.

Working knowledge of integration with backend services and RESTful APIs.

Experience in using Unit Testing frameworks like JEST and code quality tools

Knowledge on CICD process is an added advantage

Effective leadership and management skills.

Reports out monthly to the Projects & Field Services Management team regarding the effectiveness of quality program.

Participates in the development, implementation, and administration of an organizational quality management system and monitors progress against strategic quality-related goals.

Updates and monitors BWXT quality program to ensure it meets all regulatory and customer requirements.

Experience in ASME Codes, CSA N285, N286, N299 and other quality standards such as ISO.

Comprehensive knowledge of the nuclear industry and field implementation of quality programs and procedures.

Deep knowledge of test management tools, defect management tools, and testing progress reporting

Experience with large program implementation supporting multiple testing functions (data management, environment management, defect tracking and reporting)

Conducts regular testing status reviews with QA Managers, Project Managers, and team at required quality checkpoints.

Recruits and manages relevant testing members as needed. Trains resources on the testing model, objectives, execution, and communication of test results.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a testing leadership role (i.e. QA Lead)

Ability to work for multiple managers and balance competing priorities while accomplishing the tasks at hand

·Advise Project Manager regarding overall quality of project and identify outstanding issues through established project management protocols.

·Three (3) to five (5) years’ professional experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst / Teste

·Knowledge of testing tools is an asset.

·Works with business users, system administrators and project managers to provide accurate test cost estimates for projects/solutions.
