College diploma and / or a minimum of 3 years operational and management experience

Manage the parking locations under his/her responsibility, under our mandate as set out in management, or lease agreement

Ensure that Accounting Dept has all necessary information (on time) to prepare client invoices for labor and management services

Manage all internal/external policies for each location

Manage all service contracts related to each parking location, under his/her responsibility

Assist General Manager and Operations Manager with the annual budgets for each parking location

3-5 years of previous work experience from retail construction, facility management &/or real estate is an asset

Good understanding of the field of Facility Management and the ability to identify risks and opportunities in a retail environment

Strong communication skills & high sense of urgency, understanding business needs and requirements

Secure the Facility Service delivery to stores and other properties for H&M Group based on the agreed requirements and planned activities

Work closely with Sales Market C&F Manager to implement the market Facility Strategy and translate into operational activities and actions

Create and maintain Facility plans containing activities to meet requirements for stores and other properties, balancing scheduled and reactive work

5-7 years of previous management experience in a distribution environment with proven leadership abilities.

A well-defined sense of diplomacy, conflict resolution, and people management skills.

Responsible in partnership with Human Resources, for recruitment, hiring, terminations and performance management.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Diploma or degree in operations management, business, or a related field.

Responsible for appropriate staff levels to meet requirements of the department.

Strong knowledge of operations management (experience overseeing facilities, logistics, equipment, and fleet.)

Provide leadership and direction to the operation managers and supervisors to ensure a high-class operations and support team.

Initiate and execute strategic growth initiatives, including working with engineering and finance teams on capital planning projects.

Experience in oil & gas, compression, or transportation logistics would be an advantage.

Strong leadership with proven experience managing diverse teams.

Collaborates with Global Medical Education to identify, develop, leverage and maintain key education leaders (KEL) relationships

Medical device and/or wound care experience preferred

Development and management of annual plans, budgets, and key business indicators.

Leads and is responsible for all hiring, training, planning, assigning, development and performance management of direct reports and operations associates.

Understanding of safety management programs and leading people operating within these programs.

A minimum of seven years of manufacturing experience.

Identify and fulfill training needs including mandatory compliance training, maintenance of certifications, standard operating procedures, and new/revised processes/procedures.

Competent in MS Office applications / CRM Management / Business application software

Manages the distributor channel by facilitating communication among distributor, referred OEM’s, end users & VAM’s and Regal Rexnord Business Units.

Collaborates successfully in a team selling environment with Strategic Account Executives, Strategic Account Managers, Vertical Account Managers and Inside Sales Specialists

Leverage Regal Rexnord’s ease of doing business tools to enhance customer experience

Manage Channel and Potential Conflict among Multiple Channel Partners

3+ years outside technical sales; P.T. & bearings industry experience preferred.

·At least three (3) year’s experience as a manager ideally in the same industry

•Manage and oversee both individual and teams of cleaners at various onsite client locations.

•Evaluate, coordinate and assign cleaning tasks based on need and skill level.

·Good working knowledge of the English language

•Train team members on Health and Safety programs

•Inspect all work performed to ensure it meets company and client expectations.

Proven experience (3+ years) in areas management within the commercial cleaning industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Areas Management, or a related field is preferred.

Proficient in using technology and software systems relevant to areas management.

Manage the day-to-day areas of commercial cleaning services across various sites in Greater Sudbury and neighboring areas.

Knowledge of cleaning industry practices, equipment, and techniques, with a focus on Eco-friendly and sustainable solutions.
