Bouwen Homes is seeking a reliable, organized and hardworking individual to manage the process of residential construction.

An experienced and skilled manager.

Support the management of existing Client relationships to ensure continued engagement and identification of expanded scope of work.

Minimum 5 years in a Senior Management Project Delivery role.

Lead staff to ensure that prerequisites (prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.

Build and market new offer sheets that bundle existing Merit and Cementation Project Delivery and Mine Studies services.

Monitor industry market trends, and continuously evolve the companies offering and matching resources accordingly.

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related degree from accredited program and 5 years of applicable experience required.

Experience Primavera Contract Manager or similar change management software is preferred.

Verify Contractor compliance including: quality, safety, environmental, environmental and material management programs.

Execute contracts including: change order management/ field change directives, approval of invoices, and management of schedules.

Manage Contractors' submittals, requests for information, supplemental design instructions, and site drawing logs.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

You have 10+ years of Experience recruiting and developing best-in-class teams.

Be accountable for the objectives and key results of Project Rene, including financial, strategic, quality, and team health

Make insight-and data-based decisions to deliver on business objectives

Minimum ofseven (7)years of project management experience.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred.

Multiple years of experience on construction project sites or executing program management in the industriesofenergy,or,transmission & distribution is preferred.

Assistwith internal project financials, staffing, legal coordination, risk management, change management, and human resource issues.

Develop and oversee materials receiving and management process, including inventory control, receipt of goods, storage, and transportation asrequired.
