Experience training parents/caregivers to implement Behaviour Support Plans using Behaviour Skills Training

Integrating the client into community settings, as appropriate, to promote skill generalization

Collaborating with other professionals, as required for problem solving, goal development and skill generalization;

Supporting staff in development of clinical skills;

Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering ABA programming

Minimum 1 years’ experience engaging in supervising ABA programming under the clinical supervision of a BCBA

In-depth experience with project management tools, including management of project scope, critical-path, timeline, risks, and resources.

Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to demonstrate a high level of tact and diplomacy.

Must possess strong relationship management skills to build trusting and productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Minimum of five to seven years of progressively responsible experience directly related to the specific accountabilities of the position.

Experience or familiarity with managing multiple research grants.

Demonstrated experience with developing comprehensive project documentation and tracking to allow for monthly and annual reporting on outcomes and deliverables.

Minimum 2 years leadership or management experience;

Participating in the development of cross-organizational procedures and protocols for the effective facilitation and management of the housing allowance program.

Advanced knowledge of the Criminal Justice System in Canada and individuals experiencing homelessness or those at risk of homelessness;

Experience with conflict resolution and effective problem solving;

Superior judgment and problem-solving skills, particularly in high risk / high stress situations;

Standard First Aid/CPR Level C certification; and

Minimum 5 years of Project and Program Management experience in Manhattan WMS

Defining overall scope of the project

Identify project dependencies and key risks

Communication & Co-ordination with key stakeholders

Align and conduct daily/weekly status review meeting

Planning, Design & Build Phases. Testing and implementation of Manhattan WMS and Dematic/DA.

· PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification and/or Program Management Certification.

· At least 5 years of project or program management experience in Technology Development and Implementation.

· At least 5 years of leadership, management and/or supervisory experience.

· At least 5 years of vendor management experience.

· Apply appropriate project management methodologies and processes.

The qualified Program Manager / Project Manager we seek will be able to meet the following requirements:

Basic Network Knowledge Financial & Budget Management Experience in managing Network related Migration or implementation projects.

• 6+ years of Networking or Infrastructure project management experience

• Vendor management experience (working with 3rd party PMO/Consultancy)
