Ability to apply Agile Management Framework and well-documented Agile techniques (User Stories, Burndown techniques, Acceptance Test Driven Development, Continuous testing, etc.);

Program Manager or Senior Project Manager.

Managed high visibility project/program with multiple works streams (pods or labs).

Experience with Development, and integration projects.

Practical experience with any of the key disciplines required in agile delivery – such as software development or business (system) analysis;

Experience working in a dependent multi-agile team environment

Banking/Financial Services experience is preferred (Preferred Wealth Management or Capital Markets Experience)

Good stakeholder management, able to thrive in a high pressure environment

Working on medium to-high complexity initiatives and Managed high visibility project/program with multiple works streams (pods or labs)

Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.

Experience working in a dependent multi-agile team environment.

SAFe experience is an asset

In addition to project management, may also perform some of the work defined in the project roles and responsibilities.

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in isurance industry to include project management work.

Advanced knowledge of project management tools.

Project management certification strongly preferred.

Displays advanced communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team building skills as well as advanced presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills.

Capable of advocating for and implementing best practices in I&IT project management, and ensuring adherence to established methodologies.

10+ years of experience in delivering IT projects in retail space. Retail experience is a MUST!

Collects and formulates requirements to establish and maintain a comprehensive project schedule and/or integrated plan.

Skilled in creating and overseeing project schedules, outputs, and scope.

Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and deal with budgets at least $1,000,000.

5+ years in delivering ERP projects (Dynamics 365).

Experience as a Project Manager with proven success in planning and implementing health service delivery re-design and change management initiatives

Maintain clear, detailed project management documents; prepare, monitor and manage the project plans and other artifacts

Project Management Professional (PMP) or actively working towards a designation

Lead and manage provincial projects of high priority, complexity and long-term duration

Experience working with a diverse array of clinical experts and health care administrators

Must be detail-oriented and goal oriented with strong problem solving, critical thinking and negotiating skills

Ability to manage complex projects (PMO), takes minutes & does project tracking.

Escalate program risks, when appropriate and support regulatory and audit reviews at various levels.

This is a contract role and work type is hybrid, with a client in Toronto.
