Post-Secondary Education in related discipline; Volunteer Management, Human Resources, or PMP Certification

Minimum of five years of progressive experience within a logistics, waste management or industrial environment.

Provide regular reports and updates to local and regional management as required.

Ensure AFR information is accurately captured into WFMS, SAP, etc and drive compliance with permitted requirements at all times.

Possess strong negotiation and influencing skills

Possess superior communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)

Prior experience negotiating complex contracts (e.g. multi-site, significant value, etc.)

Maintain price books and configurator tools in collaboration with product managers and the pricing team.

2 to 5 years experience in a similar position.

Be rigorous and have excellent analytical and synthesis skills.

Ensures that Master Data is maintained efficiently and accurately in all systems within the scope of responsibility.

Understands the impact of the Master Data maintained and provides guidance to others regarding Master Data.

Documents, reviews, and updates all work procedures pertaining to all aspects of system maintenance.

Minimum of 3 years of project management experience

Manage and maintain branch and vendor database.

Source and manage vendors for various maintenance projects

Minimum of 5 years of construction background and real estate related knowledge

Knowledge of HVAC, Security Systems, CCTV, Access Control systems preferred

Advanced skill set in Microsoft Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Strong project management skills including an understanding of project management methods and techniques (PMBOK best practices)

Manage the planning & design and/or delivery of infrastructure projects including operational/strategic initiatives, resource and financial management

Understanding of the City of Edmonton’s Project Management Design and Delivery model (PDDM)

Facility and Project Manager for all buildings and sites occupied by Edmonton Fire Rescue including all support and service buildings

Document all project activities in accordance with City policies, processes and procedures, as well as regulatory and legislative requirements

Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of projects
