University Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience

Demonstrated senior level experience in managing large-scale project and portfolio management organizations, in highly complex organizations

Significant experience with expectations management, change management and operational transformation programs

Has oversight over multiple cross-functional teams and utilizes depth of experience in leading multiple Project

Significant experience with leading high-performing teams, as well as experience with project and program planning & delivery models and methodologies

Postsecondary education or relevant experience

Minimum of two years pertinent experience in an operational or administrative role

Solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Manage relationships with various groups of internal and external stakeholders to mitigate project risks and ensure that project objectives are met

Experience with site planning, servicing infrastructure and landscape development is an asset

Good understanding of traditional forms of contracts and delivery models (e.g. Build-Finance, Design-Build-Finance, Design-Build-Finance-Maintain, etc.) and building construction and systems

At least 10 years management experience in handling several teams

Ability to manage team onsite and remotely

Strong understanding of business analytics, business intelligence and financial performance management

Minimum 10 years experience in Professional Services

At least 10 years consulting experience in systems implementation and integration, process re-engineering or related

At least 10 years experience in ERP preferably NetSuite

Work with the Project Delivery Operations team to support the development of the divisional knowledge management strategy.

PMP (Project Management Professional) designation would be an asset

Help manage high priority issues within the Project Delivery Division

3 - 5 years experience supporting senior leadership.

Post-secondary education, preferably in business administration, commerce or a relevant discipline.

Experience in a government advisory capacity, briefing and making recommendations to senior executives and staff preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience working in a cross-cultural environment

2 - 4 years experience working on international development projects, experience in Africa and or the Middle East is an asset

Strong writing skills with a proven track record of developing quality project reports and documents

Experience working with programs focused on climate change and/or youth

Knowledge of global climate change discourse and issues

Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and shifting environment

3 years of relevant experience in program management

Strong steering, negotiation and risk management skills

Project management skills with demonstrated problem solving skills

Overall program management of governance, projects and local initiatives

Provide regular updates on project status, progress, issues, assignments and escalations to senior management

Manage escalations on results and plan for mitigation accordingly

8+ years of experience with Treasury, Finance, Banking, Audit or Risk Management

People management including recruiting, developing, mentoring, motivating, and managing a team of high quality and skilled project professionals

Advanced knowledge of standard project management methodologies and frameworks

Strong change management planning and communications experience

Strong planning, influencing and conflict management skills

Highly effective communication and presentation skills including presenting in large group setting, steering committee and senior management presentations and updates

Experience in project management including planning, detailed design, construction, and contract management of engineering projects.

Formal training in Project Management methodologies, preferably consistent with those provided by PMI (Project Management Institute).

Project Management Professional (PMP) designation an asset.

Knowledge of and experience with Master Municipal Construction Document (MMCD) guidelines

Supports the Senior Project Manager in design and construction of projects.

Manage project risks to ensure delivery of projects within approved schedule, budget and quality parameters:

Some previous experience as a project coordinator is a plus.

Provide technical support where required on project coordination and customer support.

Communicate through various mediums on reporting/tracking project execution and logistics.

Escalate customer concerns as required.

Attend and host meetings as required to meet project objectives.
