Manage the Task Cards and Work Orders generated by Maintenance Planners to launch the execution of work.

Additional indirect accountabilities include informing and providing service to Maintenance Operations and Planning departments.

3+ years planning, scheduling, or otherwise administrating in a manufacturing environment

In-depth experience using demand-planning and ERP systems, as well as the ability to synthesize large amounts of data creating management reports.

Works closely with cross-functional supply management teams and buyers on all supply-related matters regarding assigned products and customer needs affecting forecasts.

Proven track record of success in similar and related Supply Chain Management roles.

Align with Finance and VP Planning on top level annual plans

Manage and update all product related documents and systems as our assortment moves through the development and buying working flows

5-7 years of experience at a retailer/e-commerce company, ideally DTC, and bachelor’s degree in related field

Strong Analytical and Math Skills

• Project management experience or knowledge of automotive APQP / PPAP is an asset.

• Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Degree, Business Degree with Supply Chain Focus, and/or equivalent experience.

Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Operations and Production Management or equivalent

Minimum 3 years experience with the complete Supply Chain cycle (search, cost analysis, negotiation, sample buying and quality control)

Experience in the manufacturing sector (essential)

Experience working with different parts and materials (steel, aluminum, plastic, electrical / electronic components, etc.)

Excellent knowledge of purchasing, logistics, planning and material control functions

Good knowledge of ERP (Dynamics AX asset)

Monitor inventory levels and material procurement to regularly provide production status updates to management

Build and maintain production planning systems with a focus on cash flow management

Analyze historical trends to help plan monthly, quarterly, and annual production

Coordinate production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability to meet production demand

Ensure production deadlines are met by proactively addressing and resolving production issues to minimize any potential delays
