Processing Supervisor Nights Jobs

Completion of High School or equivalent combination of education and experience

Must have good communication skills, both orally and written.

Must have a sound knowledge of operating different types of cleaning equipment such as Tennant/Yale sweepers and Tennant 550 scrubbers.

Must have knowledge of Parking Authority facilities and ability to conduct snow plow operations as appropriate.

Janitorial duties on lots and/or within garage i.e. sweeping, mopping, washing, scrubbing, garbage disposal/removal.

Clean garage floors, stairwells, washrooms, horizontal surfaces, booths and other work areas.

Direct working knowledge of operations, warehouse management, and transportation management

Diploma, degree or post-secondary education or equivalent experience

Communicates daily to Distribution Manager and Warehouse Manager on achievement of shift targets, shift issues and provides daily production reports

Plan warehouse layout and space requirements in order to prevent loss or damage, and to achieve full warehouse optimization

5 years of work experience in a supervisory role ideally in a unionized warehouse environment

A proven leader with strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization

Acts as an extension of departmental/Patient Care Managers during evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours.

Complies with Network and departmental policies regarding issues of employee, patient and environmental safety and follows appropriate reporting requirements.

Confers with the Administrator on Call in matters of administrative concern at the facility.

Functions as an operational and clinical resource in decision making and other crisis (internal and external) affecting patient care and/or operations.

Facilitates intra/interdepartmental problem solving and communication

Coordinates obtaining and releasing equipment/supplies to/from other facilities.

Minimum 2 years of people management experience

Document all activities per the GMP requirements.

Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in a Consumer or Pharmaceutical setting

Experience with working effectively in a team-based environment.

Good problem-solving skills, willing to dig deep to understand underlying issues.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
