Advocate for and lead complex security projects from inception through completion, working closely with engineering, product, and program management

Perform security assessments on new and existing products and cloud-based services to identify security risks and establish baseline security requirements

Build a robust process to implement SSDLC into the development process, including template creation, education, and hands-on support

Plan and lead training to increase awareness and education regarding secure code writing, SSDLC, etc

Expert troubleshooting skills and research abilities

Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation

Has the ability to work 100% remotely, or from an Applied Systems office

Must possess excellent communication skills

Experience with the Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience

·Strong experience in implementing Architecture standards, Governance frameworks (like TOGAF) & Technical Debt Management.

·Integration Experience with a wide range of applications & SaaS (e.g. ERP, CRM, and Salesforce etc.)

·Experience with Business Infrastructure concepts and technologies (API, Microservices, SOAP/REST, Docker, VMWare, Azure etc.)

·Mortgage industry experience with lender applications is an asset.
