Manages site staff and their development and performance with the direct supervision of the Quality Assurance Coach

Manages the site budget, when applicable

Ensures accuracy of data entry and confidentiality of student records

Select type of pipe, size of pipe, and systems by applying knowledge of system operation and following blueprints

Comply with Company and Client Safety rules, as well as OH&S standards

Construct support hangers and hydraulic cylinders according to specifications

Utilize pipe bending tools or machines to bend pipe

Perform pressure tests by increasing pressure in pipe systems and observing pressure gauges to test for leaks

Ensure that holes cut in pipe will not cause structural weakness

Data entry and analytics of KPI’s

1-2 years field drilling or oilfield experience

Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Proven operational, personnel motivation, planning & coordination skills

Experience and comfort working in a team with high performance expectations

Self-starter with high personal initiative and planning skills

•Experience with Procore (construction management software) is an asset;

•Maintain relationships with clients, owners and property management staff; and

Two years of in-home family work experience

Assist in welder & craftsmen training with regard to Quality requirements.

A minimum of 5 years of industrial construction experience

Must have previous experience developing I.T.P's and completing final turnover.

Prepare various spreadsheet reports for project management.

Prepare internal cost reports for management on a monthly basis.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience

2 years residential construction experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment, prior safety knowledge preferred

Manage and coordinate all safety materials and paperwork necessary to ensure efficient tracking of safety violations, warnings, inspections etc.

Track and manage material rentals with vendors

Send out Q/A and PDI items to trades. Track, and manage items in order to complete deficiencies as soon as possible

Extensive knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act, and other health and safety regulations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills required, both oral and written. Willing to take responsibility and be held accountable for results

Knowledge of transportation infrastructure, management, design, , construction, maintenance and preservation.

Provide technical analysis and operational support related to transportation infrastructure, p, design, construction, operation, preservation, maintenance, management and performance.

Review and comment on drawings, specifications, plans s to ensure City standards and requirements are met.

Knowledge of and demonstrated ability to apply engineering practices, principles, theories, computations, analyses and statistics.

Knowledge of drafting practices and techniques.

Skill to develop innovative engineering and technical solutions.
