Plant Manager – Wire Harness Manufacturing Jobs

5+ years of experience as a Plant/Manufacturing Manager (required)

Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, or operations from an accredited post-secondary institution (preferred)

Manages conflicts, addresses performance concerns, and safety violations.

Coordinates with the Operations Manager and scheduling department to ensure the execution of manufacturing schedules based on plant capacity.

Previous experience implementing and using continuous improvement/lean tools such as; Six Sigma, 5-S, Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, ISO 9001, etc.

Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Experience within the manufacturing industry is essential

Cost accounting experience is key

Preparation of financial statements, income statements, balance sheet and cash flow statements for the plant

Preparation of journal entries, reconciliations and month-end close

Responsible for all accounting operations for the plant such as AP, AR and General Ledger.

Minimum 2 to 4 years of Wire EDM, set up, and operating experience;

Knowledge of CAD/CAM Knowledge of Mastercam is an asset)
