5 plus years of administrative and PA experience, supporting senior leaders

Demonstrated experience working in an autonomous capacity with minimal supervision whilst successfully delivering to target

Be experienced in handling highly confidential and sensitive information

General knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures and the importance and impact of compliance

4-6 years of IT project management and/or Scrum Master experience with increasing scope of responsibility

Excellent communication skills with all levels of internal and client staff and management

Escalate issues to management and client stakeholders, when necessary.

Create monthly reports and forecasts to RedMane executive management of project status, schedule, milestones, and budget.

Create, update, and manage project schedule using Microsoft Project or other client-approved software.

Control and manage project scope, budget, activities, and expectations to ensure profitability of RedMane projects.

Experience in chemistry/formulation development, polymer science, conductive materials, coatings, adhesives, elastomers, functional textile treatments.

Advanced knowledge of mathematical and statistical concepts and practices.

Hands-on experience with assembling, prototyping, integration, testing, and troubleshooting textiles.
