Work with functional managers to identify deficiencies in reporting visibility and develop metrics-based solutions

Analyze new and current data sources to identify new metrics while working with functional managers to confirm actionability

Experience Employee Services/HR, Accounts Payable, Time and Pay, Accounts Receivable processes preferred

Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Power BI and ability to quickly learn new software

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

You have the ability to successfully communicate timelines, progress, risks & mitigation of product development to Product Management.

You will coordinate with engineering and product management departments and develop and implement Manufacturing plans for products.

You bring 10 years' experience demonstrating a solid understanding of product development and volume manufacturing.

You have experience in selecting the right tools for the application, rather than the most familiar tool.

PMP certification is an asset.

You have the ability to make judgments to discard what does not deliver value to the customer.

Assist management with warehouse team leadership through coaching and feedback

Demonstrates superb communication and facilitation skills

Support / Manage the product ordering process

Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations Preferred

3 + years’ experience in Supervising Others within Preferred

A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Materials Management, Business, Operations management or equivalent.

Any other tasks assigned as per the requirement

Schedule production at the bakery based on guideline from the central planning team

Ensuring Cycle counts of all raw materials and packaging items minimum once a period

Improve inventory accuracy at the bakery to 98%+ (FG,SFG,RM &PM)

Responsible for addressing Finished goods discrepancies between ELM and SAP

Supports operational activities (e.g. inventory management, escalated service requests, following up on customer applications, filing, opening and closing activities).

Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed. Qualifications:

No prior experience necessary; post-secondary degree or certification in related field of study is desirable.

High-level knowledge of personal, commercial and partner offers, and how each can best serve customers’ individual needs.

Contributes to meeting branch business results and the customer experience.

Manages, loads, and reconciles cash transactions between treasury and various branch units (e.g. CRU).
