A minimum of 2 years of customer service or ramp operations experience working for a Canadian national or regional air carrier
Leadership experience and a high degree of proficiency using AmeliaRES would be considered a strong asset.
Process delay reports and participate in the delay code audit and reconciliation process.
Assist with contingency and recovery planning and communication during irregular operations (IROPs).
Monitor connecting passenger loads and coordinate with the ODM to anticipate and mitigate possible misconnect situations.
