Implements document management policies and procedures in line with TI Corp’s guidelines.

Designs and implements systems to establish document management best practices across the project.

Coordinates with IT resources to ensure all document management systems and tools are identified, deployed, and maintained.

Develops and implements detailed work instructions to support the approved procedures and supervise/guide the day-to-day activities of document management staff.

Maintains the hard-copy filing system and ensures that electronic copies of all documentation are stored in the designated document management system.

Administers and controls the lifecycle management and disposition of all project recorded information.

Experience in Project Management, LEAN Management, or CIP an asset

Escalate process concerns to Management and provide options for rectification.

Participate in process improvement projects across departments (Lean Management / CIP)

Experience in Aviation Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul (MRO) industry or Aviation Manufacturing an asset

Working knowledge of Visual Basic and SharePoint

SAP (or experience with comparable ERP software)

Inputting and communicating delays and working with the Operations Duty Manager (ODM) to mitigate downline delays.

A minimum of 2 years of customer service or ramp operations experience working for a Canadian national or regional air carrier

Leadership experience and a high degree of proficiency using AmeliaRES would be considered a strong asset.

Process delay reports and participate in the delay code audit and reconciliation process.

Assist with contingency and recovery planning and communication during irregular operations (IROPs).

Monitor connecting passenger loads and coordinate with the ODM to anticipate and mitigate possible misconnect situations.
