5+ years of experience providing direct management of individual contributors.

Experience in Talent Management – recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance management, employee development and coaching, and reward and recognition.

Manage progression and professional development of team members to develop both breadth and depth of skills:

Work effectively with 3rd party vendors and outsourcers (talent supply management).

Develop and manage organizational expertise within the Software Engineering discipline:

Demonstrated ability in programme/project management for medium-complexity projects with global reach

Identify, recruit or agree timely inputs, and task manage resources needed to deliver specific projects.

Capture and understand scope and requirements and acquire business sign off before moving to design.

Identify actions needed to progress plans and assign individual responsibilities; driving accountability for completion

Experience in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Jira Align required

10 years + project management experience required

Helps define process improvements and feedback for large, multi-part projects that need creative project management strategies required for timely execution

Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Project / Program Management

Eight (8) years of project management experience across multiple projects;

Excellent change-management and leadership ability, reflected through professional experience in environments that have undergone transformation;

Formal Project Management or Business Training and/or certification (PMP, ITIL, Scrum/Agile/Kanban) would be considered an asset.

Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project budget through effective stakeholder management strategies;

Utilizing project management technology and software to support task management and delivery;

Maintaining the project management systems and tools required to support the successful delivery of both real estate development and corporate projects;

Manage projects within PMO operations.

Collaborate with enterprise-wide teams such as HR and Finance, to help with department-specific implementations.

Evolve PMO to act as a strategic business partner to operating managers

Continually enhance overall quality of our service offering

Develop, manage, and track the project budgets of assignments.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Manager, IT, or related.

Candidate must be PMP certified, and the certification should not be expired.
