Payroll and Benefits Administration (Multiple Jurisdictions)

d.Develop and prepare remittances and reports for various stakeholders, including management, Boards, funders, government, and staff.

b.Ensure payroll, payables, and receivables are processed in a timely manner for clients.

c.Lead the period end (month, quarter, year) processes to ensure the accuracy of financial information.

- 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience preparing accounts, maintaining financial transactions, general ledger, filing documents, etc.

- Working experience with Quickbooks Desktop

- Knowledge of all Canadian Payroll Legislation

Bachelor degree business administration, accounting or finance

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role

Experience in the retail industry is an asset

Experience with accounting systems such as Oracle / EBS, an asset
