Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales

Airport Services Manager in case of flight disruptions, mis-connections and other passenger related disruptions

Provide leadership, demonstrate team building skills, direct staff and evaluate performance as well as being able to build.

Generate various reports and always keep the workplace neat and tidy as well as offering support to the Airport Services

Manager in implementation of training and remaining sensitive in varying difficult situations at all times.

Manage and train the ticketing team.

Relevant College or University qualification

Comprehensive experience in working with persons who have disabilities in an educational setting.

Experience in Microsoft Office and/or certification in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Minimum two (2) years of experience in a Test Services facility in a post-secondary environment which includes the following:

Work experience in a complex detail-oriented, customer service driven, computerized office setting.

Office experience with a client database such as Clockwork.

The incumbent ensures test/exam accommodations are provided and students receive all testing materials, alternative formats and appropriate assistive technology and/or software;

Connects with students who identify concerns related to exposure, symptoms or diagnosis of COVID-19 and provide guidance and case management supports.

Provides support to COVID-19 case and contact management.

Provides immunizations for non-program requirements as requested or deemed necessary by RN assessment i.e. tetanus booster; HPV vaccine

Experience with Immunization, TB testing, and Phlebotomy required.

Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)

Provides health care services to students in a drop-in health centre or by responding to identified emergency situations on campus

Experience or knowledge in airport operations minimum 5 years;

Experience with Worldtracer and baggage tracing, baggage scanning systems (strong asset);

Excellent ability to manage under pressure;

Leadership skills to work with and direct multidisciplinary teams

Customer-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills, autonomous;

Resourcefulness, initiative, diplomacy and good organizational skills;

Monitors and reviews cost controls, such as, labour costs, food costs and waste and overhead expenses, with unit manager.

Supervises the workload of food service workers, ensuring employees meet UBC Food Services customer service standards.

Trains food service workers, following up to ensure an understanding of the material covered.
